Create a legacy food service business

There is a laundry list of things to accomplish between a business idea and a business opening. The most important is to determine if your dream will make money. 

Confucius said "A journey begins with a single step."  But before you put your foot down, let's get your shoes and socks on. 

For the past 30+ years, I've worked in start-ups, was partner in two, have owned two private business and a non-profit.  During the pandemic I didn't have to close because I've run a lean and mean operation since the beginning.  

First let's create a budget and dream a bit. We will discuss projections and finances, beachfront property, paying for your kids' college and other aspects of the American dream.

Life should not be spent living at your business while working on your business. Sure, in the beginning you're like a kid with a new toy, but if you have a ten year lease, is working on your business seven days per week sustainable? There are no beaches in that plan.
